Exhibit Information
The cost for a 10’ X 10’ booth is $10,000. In an effort to provide additional exhibitor opportunities, we are also offering Government Agencies a booth rate of $1,500 and Non-Profit Organizations a rate of $1,000 per booth space. These rates include one 6’ table, two chairs, one ID sign, and a waste basket. Additionally you will receive 5 complimentary exhibit hall only registrations. NOTE: Technical Sessions, Abstract Books and Conference Giveaway Items are not included for “Exhibit Hall Only” registrants. As an exhibitor, you will also receive a listing in the Supporter Supplement and on the conference website.
