Satellite Symposia

ACTHIV offers several opportunities for organizations to provide CME/CE-certified scientific satellite symposium. These two to four hour sessions, which are well attended and offered free to all conference attendees, are held in an approved timeslot (assigned on a first-come, first-served basis).

Evening: $8,000 per Symposia

Friday, May 21 4 hour Symposium (3 slots available)
Saturday, May 22 4 hour Symposium (3 slots available)

Morning: $4,000 per Symposia

Saturday, May 22 2.5 hour Symposium (3 slots available)
Sunday, May 23 2.5 hour Symposium (3 slots available)

Fees Include:

  • 2.5 or 4 hour time slot.
  • Meeting space with class room set-up for maximum of 200 attendees.
  • Basic audio/visual (LCD projector, screen, podium mic).
  • Food & beverage.
  • Announcement in Supporter Supplement.
  • Link to splash information page via the online program.
  • On-site symposium signage near on-site registration.

Fees DO NOT Include:

  • CME/CE certification through the American Academy of CME (REQUIRED)
  • Any additional audio/visual needs.
  • Any additional promotional needs (e-blast, pre-registration list, door drops, etc)

Additional promotional opportunities for satellite symposia are available in conjunction with the ACTHIV conference and may be added with the approval of the accredited provider.

In addition to meeting all requirements for independent certified education from the American Academy of CME, all program content must also be approved by the ACTHIV Program Committee to prior to distribution.
