The American Conference for the Treatment of HIV (ACTHIV) has reserved special hotel room rates at the Sheraton Denver Downtown for all attendees. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Special ACTHIV room rates are subject to availability after the cut-off date.
Please note that all attendees, excluding speakers and members of the Program Committee, are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements and making any necessary changes. For those who qualify for the government room rate, a limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government rate. Please contact Vanessa Valdez directly to book a room at the government per diem rate at 303-626-2504. You will be required to submit a government ID upon check-in to the hotel.

Rooms must be booked by Monday, April 9, 2012 in order to guarantee the conference room rate. Any rooms booked after April 9, 2012 are subject to the current hotel rates.
